Memento - Periodic system of the elements - 06.04.2007.
After some more than two years of development, Memento - Periodni sustav elemenata (Translation - Memento of Periodic system of the elements) is finished and published.
Memento is aimed for students and everyone else who need concise and simple to use memo pad. It was developed as an upgrade of online Periodic system of elements - www.pse.pbf.hr, for which I have received numerous awards.
How does Memento look like?:
Memento is currently only in Croatian language, but I expect that in 6-12 months there will be an English version finished.

Well, I am bit late this time..
Happening happened @ 10.02.2007., but I didn't want to publish anything before WikiPanorama was finished:
This "little" picture is largest panorama I've made to date. It is merged from nine 8MP photographs. Source panorama is 11191x3592 pixels large (about 122Mb), and that is even bigger than my Paklenica panorama - 6967x2338 pixels (approximately 46Mb).
It is also important to note that conditions were very bad - there were practically no light, so I had to shoot @ ISO1600 and F2,0. (Olympus E-500 and ZD 50mm Macro F2,0)

Ticks - 07.03.2007.
I have finally finished translation of my old ticks-article! -> The article about ticks.
Ticks are parasites that live on a host organism, and which can infect that host organism with a number of different diseases. A man or any other higher mammal (such as a dog, a cat or a cow) can serve as a host to a tick.
This article is somewhat of experimental nature. It is based upon my personal experience dealing with ticks (I have a rather furry dog which acts like a tick magnet).
I hope you will have some use of this article.

Ondskan - 24.08.2006.
...meaning "Evil" in Swedish language, is a one of the best movies I have ever watched.
Directed by Mikael Håfström, Ondskan is a movie about a taking a stand in a disarranged society. It is a movie about love, rage and life.
Atmosphere in Ondskan reminded me of three other great movies: Donne Darko, Dogville and Fight Club.

Internet is all-changing media, but are you aware in which way is it going?
Newest Google online "gadget" is called Google Spreadsheets, and it shows what'll happen soon.
Everything will be turned into some kind of mainframe-client environment. People using Google Gmail service usually don't use another email reading application on their computers, like Microsoft Outlook Express. Same is with calendar program, same with spreadsheets, and soon it will be the same with word processing...

Ultra macro photography - 11.08.2006.
Hehehehe, it seems that by some reengineering you can do amazing thing with Digital SLR cameras... 
These two are 8 mega pixel ultra macro images of Trinitron monitor (right) and classic TV screen (left) surface. Thumbnails are linked to low quality (3) JPEG source images to show humongous magnification achieved. Sample size is 1,09 mm. Pictures are taken with Olympus E-500 digital SLR.

CSS image preloading - 28.07.2006.
I was developing some website, about a month ago. I’ve had one specific problem with loading larger background images that were used for contrast background for white menu letters, and I didn’t want to use JavaScript preloading scripts.
After some grunting, I managed out CSS image preloading technique.

I have passed Biochemistry exam, and really enjoyed writing this article on how to cheat Google afterwards.

Opera 9 (Finally!) - 24.06.2006.
Well, it is here.
For long time Opera was one web browser from the margin, and now it bangs full strength on the user's doors.
Now, with Ctrl + T (finally!), and other nice features, it comes into the competition for predominant browsing tool.
Opera was always the fastest, most optimized, feature rich, etc., but always lacked that "something". Now (I have tested it thoroughly), it does have that "something", and I suggest you to try using it.

Translation to 9 new languages! - 20.06.2006.

It is 6:30 AM, and I have just updated version of this site including translation to 9 world languages.

The thing works through Google Translate service. Everything is translated on the fly to Arabic, simplifies Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portugese and Spanish.

Few days ago I received a phone call: "Wanna go rafting Saturday?" Answer was - of course: "YES!" And that's in short it!
Rafting is great sport for anyone who likes some adrenaline rushing thru the river curves.
